Our Booking Policy

• A £10 deposit is required for each service to secure your appointment (e.g., a £20 deposit for both hands and feet), which will be deducted from your total balance at your appointment.

• You must pay the reminder in cash at the salon.

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

• Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation - please do call if you are running behind so we can try our best to accommodate you.

• No-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and may affect future bookings.

• Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.
